Upon successful submission of your application, you will immediately receive an automated reply. If you do not receive the automated reply then your submission did not go through.
Once your application has been approved, you will receive a second email informing you it has been approved and forwarded to the local warehouse to be filled.
Please do NOT send repeated emails requesting a status of your application. You will be notified via email when the order has been received, again when it has been approved, and either an email or phone call when it is ready for pickup.

Before filling out this form, please make sure you are on the right website. Our organization covers about 95% Bucks County, and the 309 corridor of Montgomery County. Main cities in our area include: Bensalem, Levittown, Langhorne, Yardley, Newtown, Feasterville, Warrington, Warminster, Richboro, Ivyland, Doylestown, Buckingham, Dublin, Sellersville, Quakertown, Coopersburg, Center Valley, Telford, Souderton, Hilltown, Hatfield, Montgomeryville, North Wales. This is not an all-inclusive list.

As a non-profit agency requesting assistance from Toys for Tots, we ask that you perform adequate screening of the families that you are seeking to assist using the toys provided to you by the program. To this extent we ask that you maintain a copy of any screening form used for at least 2 years, for each family that you assist. At any time during that 2 years Bucks County Toys for Tots may request to see the forms, to insure the integrity of our program, and verify that the program is operating within the highest standards as set by the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation.
